Hello everyone. Its been over two months since this has happened but I din't come out with it as I know the person involved has a high reputation and din't wanted to jeopardize his reputation.
But now its time. I lost all hopes of any returns/ recovery of loss.

Seiksoon owes me $274 PP via an exchange done. Later the funds were transferred to his account and his account has been closed by Paypal authorities for being involved in too many fraudulent cases recently.

Later when I asked him for a refund he promised me he'd return it slowly in small amounts every week or month. But he has come online only once and all he had to say was "Sorry I am having connection problems"

Be careful about whom you exchange with, hardto believe that a member with such high reputation would do this.

First of all I am really sorry to hear about your loss.
Secondly I still can't believe that seiksoon did this as he was a very highly reputed member.
Maybe if he sees this thread- he would want to reply with a new ID.

Sadly this is not the first time and probably not the last time we see users scamming after getting a high itrader stats I myself exchanged with seiksoon but was very skeptical because he was always looking to outexchange paypal very often and urgently with many exchangers here and in other forums to build his itrader so far and sometimes with small ammounts between 5 - 15 $
Note that his itrader points were all made in a short period of time : 3-4 months between 07-09 and 11-09!! He also spammed a lot here in that time and even asked exchanges in our chat thread which may cause his mod demotion(situation that was never explained in public but should be red flagged and added a note about seiksoon in the accept exchanger´s list).
